FPS Retirement Plan

Don't leave your pension planning until it's too late!

They say it's never to early to start thinking about retirement! FPS has multiple options to help you get the right pension package for your circumstances. We work with NEST and The Peoples Pension to ensure we have something for everyone.

Our partnerships with these dedicated pension specialists allows us to provide a simple and compliant solution for companies who need to auto enrol their staff in a pension scheme. We also offer a super-flexible group pension plan for those who may not be eligible for auto-enrolled workplace pensions, which enables you to have complete control over your retirement savings.

Joining is flexible

If you are to be auto-enrolled, don't worry - a communication will go out to you when ready. If you want to join the FPS Retirement Savings scheme administered by The Peoples Pension (TPP) and you can apply at any time. Select "learn more" below for our introductory guide.

Pensions Advice

First Payroll staff can give you general advice on the pensions we administer, however we recommend that before making any decisions about retirement planning, you discuss your personal circumstances with an independent financial adviser (IFA). The Money Advice Service has a useful guide to choosing the right adviser
